Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement and loading/unloading
- Implement FIFO inventory management protocols using WMS systems
- Conduct daily quality checks on perishable goods and packaging integrity
- Complete electronic inventory counts and documentation via remote tablets
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in all cold storage operations
- Coordinate with remote logistics team for real-time inventory updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cold storage or warehouse experience required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Scottsdale facility (3 days/week)
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting tasks
