Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones (-10°F to 45°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments with precision
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanners
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas daily
- Document temperature logs and inventory movements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid forklift certification (or training provided)
- Attention to detail in extreme temperatures
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
