Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in WMS system
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
