Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated equipment and temperature-controlled storage facilities
- Inspect and maintain cold storage equipment for optimal performance
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with provided specialized tools
- Monitor and document storage conditions using provided digital thermometers
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in refrigerated environments
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient inventory rotation and storage
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (10°F to 40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Arlington facility
- Willingness to undergo paid equipment training
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
- Attention to detail in temperature-sensitive operations
- No prior cold storage experience required
