Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision and speed
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP compliance protocols
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Uphold OSHA safety standards in all daily activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions (cold/hot zones)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
