Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and storage units using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading efficiency and meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and work in cold environments
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
