Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature zones for frozen/refrigerated products
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environments (certification provided)
- Inspect product quality and packaging integrity
- Follow FIFO rotation protocols and inventory management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Complete digital inventory logs using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Reliable transportation to 4700 Industrial Rd
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
