Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders using provided equipment (automated tape dispensers, label printers, etc.)
- Verify product specifications against packing slips to ensure quality control
- Operate industrial shrink-wrapping machines and automated packing systems
- Maintain organized workstations and follow FIFO inventory protocols
- Collaborate with shipping team to coordinate order deadlines and special handling
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team immediately
- Participate in monthly safety drills and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours with provided anti-fatigue mats
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with provided ergonomic equipment
- Reliable transportation to our St. Petersburg facility
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-paid)
