Responsibilities
- Accurately select and package orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets of 100+ orders per shift
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in order fulfillment environments
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and powered equipment proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory tasks
