Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality control standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse maintenance needs
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and labeling incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
