Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature levels in -10°F to 40°F storage environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to organize inventory in refrigerated facilities
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods upon receipt and dispatch
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold storage environments
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
