Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature logs to ensure product integrity in the cold storage environment.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Organize, label, and stock inventory in designated racking and shelving units.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse facility.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures ranging from 10°F to 30°F).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus but not required.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
