Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse management systems
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold storage operations
- Perform routine sanitation and preventative maintenance of refrigerated units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient supply chain flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
