Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 overnight warehouse associates, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Conduct nightly cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless handover and process continuity
- Implement lean warehouse practices to optimize productivity and reduce waste
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- OSHA certification and forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours nightly
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend availability
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
