Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided scanning technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts as directed
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Comfortable operating warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
