Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated storage areas (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct quality control inspections and document inventory in WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely product rotation and FIFO compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, scanners, and cold-storage doors
- Participate in quarterly deep-cleaning and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic warehouse equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision in remote-friendly environment
