Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigerated equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products (produce, dairy, frozen goods) with precision
- Monitor and document storage conditions (temperature, humidity) hourly
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient distribution operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in 40°F to -10°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Valid driver's license (preferred) and ability to pass background check
- Commitment to strict food safety and HACCP standards
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
