Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move palletized goods efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and maintain strict sanitation standards
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain accurate documentation of temperature logs and handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures with appropriate PPE
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
