Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a cold environment.
- Load, unload, and stage pallets of goods in designated temperature zones (32°F to 38°F).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Assist in the routine maintenance and cleaning of storage units and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (32°F to 38°F).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification upon hire.
- Must be reliable and able to pass a background check.
