Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in -20°F to 45°F environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with precision in refrigerated zones
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle counting procedures
- Conduct quality control inspections on perishable goods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in -20°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 rotating shifts
