Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and package orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing inventory storage areas.
- Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by sweeping, mopping, and organizing aisles.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and punctual attendance record.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow instructions carefully and spot discrepancies in inventory.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends or holidays as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not strictly required.
