Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Monitor temperature logs and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols in food-grade storage areas
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to HACCP and GMP compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (we provide training)
- Reliable transportation to 4567 Refrigeration Way
- Background check and drug screen required
