Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and direct team members on safety protocols and best practices
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless material flow
- Resolve operational issues and maintain productivity metrics
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facility conditions
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
