Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated cold storage zones.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Inspect products for damage or spoilage and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Keep the warehouse aisles clean and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Must be comfortable working in extreme cold environments (temperatures ranging from 10°F to 35°F).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
