Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner according to safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and loading docks to ensure smooth operations.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure workspace cleanliness and compliance with OSHA safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience required; we provide paid training and certification.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and time management.
