Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products between dock and storage areas.
- Inventory management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse space efficiently.
- Equipment inspection: Perform routine pre-shift safety checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Order fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and prepare them for shipping.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of inventory movements and daily operations.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We train qualified candidates from scratch.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Basic math skills: Comfortable with counting, weighing, and measuring materials.
- Background check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Driver's license: Valid driver's license is preferred.
