Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and palletize refrigerated products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system
- Inspect products for quality compliance and temperature integrity
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Clean and sanitize storage areas and equipment regularly
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks in all weather conditions
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F to 0°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
