Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and temperature control logs.
- Organize and store products in designated freezer and cooler areas.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of storage areas to prevent spoilage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below 0°F).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
