Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize goods in the cold storage facility while adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety and product integrity.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues to management immediately.
- Follow strict temperature control procedures to preserve product quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
