Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
