Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members in cold storage operations (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor inventory rotation using WMS systems for FIFO compliance
- Ensure OSHA compliance in refrigerated environments
- Train staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely outbound shipments
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years cold storage or warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
