Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain sub-zero temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move perishable goods
- Conduct inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and sanitation protocols
- Load/unload trucks following FIFO procedures
- Complete daily inspection logs and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail in safety procedures
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
