Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse using material handling equipment
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily targets
- Operate scanning technology to track inventory movements
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to team success
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
