Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Stack pallets according to company safety guidelines and weight distribution protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to log inventory data accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Physical stamina required for standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
