- Maintain precise temperature control in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in designated storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (0°F to -20°F) for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
