Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and temperature monitoring equipment
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict inventory control and rotation systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with quality control teams on product integrity
- Document storage conditions and inventory movements
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
