Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect all items for defects or damage before packing to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing warehouse stock efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep packing stations clean, organized, and efficient throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus.
