Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation of refrigerated zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to organize frozen goods inventory
- Execute FIFO rotation protocols to ensure product freshness
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing perishable items
- Adhere to strict OSHA and HACCP compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols in all storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holiday shifts
