Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using provided equipment
- Operate automated packing machines and hand tools with precision
- Inspect products for quality before packing to maintain brand standards
- Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for order tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
