Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move high-value inventory
- Accurately scan, count, and verify incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain precise inventory records in WMS systems to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse organization for maximum efficiency during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Train on specialized equipment (e.g., order pickers, pallet jacks)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management experience
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance history
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Preferred: Experience with WMS systems like Oracle or SAP
