Responsibilities
- Unload, palletize, and organize refrigerated products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain precise temperature logs and monitor refrigeration systems
- Sanitize workstations and equipment following HACCP protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards in cold environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in 32-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
