Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in -10°F to 40°F cold storage environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated products
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for refrigerated facilities
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining FIFO inventory rotation
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas per USDA standards
- Monitor warehouse conditions using IoT sensors and reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
