Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory in FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system
- Conduct daily sanitation of storage racks and equipment
- Operate inventory management software (RF scanners)
- Monitor refrigeration systems and report malfunctions
- Follow OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in sub-freezing temperatures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Warehouse or cold storage experience a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
- Reliable transportation to facility
