Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature zones (-10°F to 40°F) through constant monitoring and adjustments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments with precision
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and accurate stock tracking systems
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods and document discrepancies
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Conduct routine sanitation procedures and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean MVR record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
