Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect and document product quality upon receipt and storage
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory management using WMS systems
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work in -20°F to 40°F environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
