Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Operate packaging equipment including scanners and labeling machines
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand and move actively for 8-hour shifts
