Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature protocols for refrigerated/freezer zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts in confined cold environments
- Inspect and document product integrity using digital inventory systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards at all times
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
