Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to handle heavy shipments in environments ranging from -10°F to 40°F.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms using modern warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper storage conditions to maintain strict product integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in cold environments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or cold storage experience is a plus but not mandatory; training provided.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with forklifts and warehouse machinery is preferred.
