Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in temperature-controlled environments
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO/FEFO methods
- Document warehouse activities using digital inventory systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (freezer zones)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
