Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Inspect and record product quality using digital scanners
- Follow HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods to prevent spoilage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Complete daily sanitation and maintenance checklists
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with mechanical assistance
- Comfort working in 0°F to 32°F environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
